Mercedez Pacis, Worship Ministry Co-Leader

Mercedez made the life-changing decision to follow Jesus in August 2002. She has been attending Calvary Chapel Artesia (formerly Calvary Chapel Cerritos) since 2005.

Soon after Mercedez married her husband, Neil, in 2006, they both began serving in the worship ministry. Together they have had the opportunity to serve extensively in missions in Mexico, Russia, Sri Lanka, and Haiti.

After a bout with cancer, the Lord blessed Mercedez and Neil with their one and only son.

Mercedez is thankful for the opportunities that the Lord has given her to serve at Calvary Chapel Artesia, the surrounding communities and even around the world. She prays that the Lord will continue to use her to reach the lost.

Mercedez homeschools her son, Matthias, and enjoys listening to and playing worship music, fellowshipping and breaking bread with good friends and going to Christafari shows with Neil and Matthias.
